1. Order Cancellations

  • Pre-6 AM Cancellations: All orders, including regular and subscription-based orders, can be canceled before 6:00 AM on the day of delivery. Cancellations made before this cut-off time are free of charge.

  • Post-6 AM Cancellations: Cancellations requested after 6:00 AM cannot be refunded, as your order will already be in preparation to ensure timely and fresh delivery.

2. Reordering Options for Canceled Orders

  • No Refunds: We do not offer cash or credit refunds for canceled orders.

  • Reorder Option: Instead of a refund, you will have the option to reschedule your order for another day at no extra cost. This ensures flexibility while helping us reduce food waste.
